Our fees and pricing

We want to give you as much information as possible in order that you can make a considered decision as to whether you wish to instruct us to act on your behalf.

Your client care letter will reference the hourly rate for our principal Jo Walia. Her current hourly rate is £270 per hour plus VAT

Value added tax (VAT)

Unless we state otherwise, our fees are chargeable with Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate which is currently 20.00%.

Disbursements

Disbursements are expenses we will incur and pay on your behalf in relation to the service being provided to you. Disbursement can include VAT.

Client identification and anti-money laundering checks

Such checks can include searches against you and or your companies at government institutions such as Land Registry and Companies House and include searches to verify your identity as part of our compulsory client due diligence risk assessment.

Litigation – Court fees, expert fees, mediator fees.
